Muscle Malt Recipe

Sweet tooth? Tired of plain protein shakes? Love ice cream, candy and malts but can't afford the calories? Try this simple and tasty treat.

Protein Shake Recipe

MUSCLE MALT:

  • 1 cup muscle egg
  • 2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • 1/2 scoop protein 
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1/2 cup of water 
  • Cool whip (optional)

Directions: combine first 5 ingredients, blend and top with whipped cream. You can also freeze to make ice cream (I wasn't patient enough). 

Macros: 2.5F | 14C | 40P and only 7 grams of sugar (makes approx 20oz)
