"Prepping On Patrol" with Aaron Joseph

​In this episode of The BOLO Podcast, we speak with police officer Aaron Joseph. Aaron has been a police officer in the northwest for about 10 years. He played three sports in high school, and he was a Division 1A football player at Washington State University. He is pursuing his pro card for men's physique competitions, and he's a trainer for Team Fit For Duty and an athlete for On Point Supplements.
