No Gym, No Excuses - 15 Exercises That Don't Require Gym Equipment

Don’t have access to a gym? No gym equipment at home? Can’t go to the gym because of childcare issues? Don’t care for the “gym crowd?” Well at Team Fit For Duty we all all about a NO EXCUSES approach to health and fitness - No gym, no problem!

Here are 15 simple, yet effective exercises you can do at home with no equipment:

  1. Lunges (walking or stationary)
  2. Burpees (with or without push up)
  3. Squats (with or without jumps)
  4. Push ups
  5. Glute bridges
  6. Leg lifts (lying)
  7. Chair or bench tricep dips
  8. Jumping jacks
  9. Plank 
  10. Flutter kicks
  11. Glute kick back
  12. Scissor kick
  13. Calf raises
  14. High knees
  15. Chair sit (aka wall sit)

To put together a workout routine choose 4 to 5 exercises, do 4 to 5 sets of 10-15 reps (or 30 to 60 seconds) and voila you have a butt kicking workout you can do in the comfort of your home that will surely make you sweat! WHATS YOUR EXCUSE NOW?!
