​Whether you don't have access to gym, don't feel like dealing with the gym crowds, have child care issues or have limited time, there is no excuse when it comes to making health and fitness a priority. Being healthy and fit is especially important for you law enforcement officers out there who are at risk of being attacked and took the oath to protect civilians. Not to mention those who have families they need to stay healthy for. I get it, sometimes going to a gym or buying gym equipment isn't an option but that's not an excuse to not workout at all.

Body weight training is an easy way to get fit and stay fit. You can still burn fat and build muscle without any fancy gym equipment. I started designing this program after countless incidents of going to training or vacation out of town where there was no gym. It really came into play when my schedule changed and I no longer was able to go to the gym before work (after work isn't an option). My choices were to figure something out I could do at home or not workout and let my health decline. The choice was obvious and I am loving the program.

The best thing about this program is that it's a great foundation plan that can be modified and scaled for use with weights. If you are a beginner you can change the sets then progress and you get stronger and build your endurance.

The next time you make an excuse to not workout tell yourself to hang in there, remember who is counting on you and pull out this program.
