  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Ounce Cheddar Cheese

Bacon, Egg, Cheese Omlet Directions

  1. 1.  Cook bacon to desired texture
  2. 2.  Remove bacon from pan, drain just enough grease to leave the pan coated with a thin layer of bacon fat grease. Add butter to pan.
  3. 3.  Whisk egg, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together.
  4. 4.  Pour egg into the pan, ensuring it is on medium-low heat. Coat the pan with the egg to form a solid layer.
  5. 5.  Rotate the pan in the air to see if the egg slides across the pan. If it doesn't, continue to cook.
  6. 6.  Once egg slides on the pan, flip the egg to cook the other side.
  7. 7.  Add bacon and cheese, and fold egg over bacon and cheese.
  8. 8.  Remove from heat after one to two minutes.
